Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and does not limit your statutory rights.
Returns
- Return window: within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all parts. (For braces, please try on over a clean sock.)
- Wrong item: tell us; we’ll arrange collection and replace or refund after inspection.
- Damaged on delivery: report within 7 days; we’ll arrange collection and replace or refund after inspection.
- Size exchange: request within 30 days, subject to stock. Customer pays the return courier; replacement ships after inspection.
How to start
Email admin@novamedsolutions.co.za with your order number, reason, and photos if damaged/defective. We’ll send a Return Reference Number (RRN) and collection instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
What we can’t accept
- Used or soiled items, missing packaging or parts
- Items returned outside the stated time frames
- Gift cards/vouchers
