Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the novamedsolutions.co.za website (the “Site”) operated by Novamed Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Novamed Solutions operates an e-commerce store in South Africa. We are the official South African distributor of the Vero Ankle® Brace.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
- Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
3. Products and Orders
All products shown on the Site are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders (for example, where a product is out of stock, there is an error in pricing or description, or we suspect misuse).
Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products and send a dispatch confirmation.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on device settings. Please review the product description, materials, care instructions, and sizing information before purchase.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order acceptance.
Payment methods available are shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method and authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the total order amount.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available within South Africa. Unless stated otherwise, delivery is free and typically takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on area. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier capacity, remote locations, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

6. Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy for the process, timeframes, and conditions (including the state of the product and packaging). Your statutory rights under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA), are not affected.
7. Medical Disclaimer
The information on the Site is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 8. Warranty and Defects
If you believe a product is defective, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs where possible. On assessment and in accordance with applicable law, we may repair, replace, or refund the product. This is in addition to any rights you have under the CPA.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Novamed Solutions and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our names, logos, and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.
